Providing your Turkish Republic Identity Number or Tax Number is mandatory during the registration process for .TR domain names (.tr, .com.tr, .web.tr, etc.).
If the application is made on behalf of a non-Turkish citizen or a company not operating in Turkey, the following procedures can be followed depending on the application type:
For individual applications: The Turkish Republic Identity Number field should be filled with 1 digits (e.g., 111111111111).
For corporate applications: The Tax Number field should be filled with 2 digits (e.g., 2222222222) and the city information can be entered in the tax office section.
