Due to the increase in cybersecurity threats, and especially the intense brute-force and unauthorized access attempts targeting remote desktop services (RDP – port 3389), we have completely disabled the use of RDP (port 3389) to enhance your system security.
In this context:
Open access to port 3389 (RDP) on cloud and physical servers has been disabled.
This action will:
Prevent unauthorized access attempts,
Minimize the risk of brute-force attacks,
Increase server and network security.
Although we do not have any customers using RDP (port 3389), technical support will be provided to our customers who manage their own servers regarding secure access configuration.
